• Call for committee for IslandoraCon 2025
  • review of potential call for participation email and forms here (restricted to committee members until distribution)
  • additional time to review/comment in Slack; Amy will distribute by Tuesday 4/9
• Possible change of Workbench workshop to May meeting due to conflict on April 30
  • Compute Canada resources are flexible; push to May seems like best path
  • confirm with Mark, then communicate change
• Planning for April meeting

  • breakout room "office hours"/"hack/doc lite" model was well received

  • Board planning on strategic work; details and timing of org structure vs vision/roadmap components still being determined
  • DrupalCon: Should the IF send someone to DrupalCon at the discounted rate? Donald can bring this to Board
  • Donald will also bring question about vendor roles in community (for strategic planning/governance structure) to the Board
