Is there new design needed?

Yes

What?

  • Major hardware wallets (Ledger / Trezor) do not support submitting governance actions
  • GovTool should warn proposers that IF they are connected with a Ledger or Trezor wallet then they will not be able to submit the proposal as a governance action

Why?

  • Otherwise the user flow will fail and the user wont be able to submit the proposal as a governance action

How?

  • add a warning at proposal creation time
