Steps to reproduce

1. Connect a wallet with no UTXOs or insufficient balance.
2. Navigate to the dRep directory page.
3. Attempt to delegate to any active dRep.
4. Observe the modal popup with the message: Check if the wallet is connected.
5. Check the console logs related to wallet connection verification.

Actual Behaviour

• When the wallet lacks UTXOs or has insufficient balance, a modal is displayed with the message: Check if the wallet is connected.

Expected Behaviour

• When the wallet lacks UTXOs or has insufficient balance, the modal should display the message: Insufficient UTxO balance.
