The share button is missing on the dRep details page for users who are not connected. According to this Figma design, the share button should be present.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to the dRep directory page.
2. Click on the "View Details" button of any dRep.
3. Observe that the share button is missing for a disconnected user.
