Merge the cards against jwiggs game from iiislander into iislander.

Not sure if we should be doing this. Specifically iislander is more oriented at iiow and helping it. It is responcable for server mangement and game help. IAJ is specifically not related to the server and its own thing. Also I will be resurecting the save files part of iiislander at one point to give it more functionality
