Meeting doesn't always get data from all badges (ngOpenBadge) #31

Hard to recreate, but happened multiple times. A couple of things to look for:

when does the app decide to show a graph for a badge, only when it gets some data?
Perhaps it happens if the previous meeting did not close all of the connections to badges?
