If patch info block is open when you change patches, info block doesn't update

Build 973 offers the ability to work on 8 patches as part of a bank. If you open the patch information block while looking at patch 0, then switch to patch 1, you won't see patch 1's information block until you close and re-open the patch information block. This also implies that patch information should be updated whenever you type any key, rather than when you close the panel.
