The parameterization used to calculate light yields was made on simulation up to 10 TeV. Above this range, the parameterization is extrapolated. The LPM effect, which was not included in the initial simualtion, becomes important here. See Leif Radel's thesis for more details on this. We should warn if a we see a loss that goes above this range.
