1. Make a stablecoin pegged to USD which means our stablecoin should always be worth $1.00
   1. To make sure it stays pegged to USD we will import Chainlink price feed
2. Stability will be governed by algorithm automatically (Dec-centralised)
   1. People can only mint stablecoin if there is enough collateral (coded)
3. Collateral will be crypto currency (Exogenous)
