Please check the following to resolve your issue:
- Experiment with both MAVLink Gimbal Protocol V1 and MAVLink Gimbal
Protocol V2.
- Ensure you have correctly connected the hardware between your PC and
the gimbal.
- Test with the latest version of gSDK.

Hi, Thank you for your reply. Please clarify the two issues you're facing:
To troubleshoot this, could you please provide more details about your environment and hardware setup? For example, are you running the latest version of gSDK on Linux? Which USB-TTL are you using, and which port is it connected to?
To understand the issue better, could you please share the exact source code you are using to connect to the gimbal? For both cases, it would be very helpful if you could also provide log files or a specific video showing the issue. Thank you! |
Hi, I have struggling for few days now to get the gSDk working with Gremsy Pixy S over mavlink. I have tried contacting customer support but they didnt provide any satisfying answer. The gsdk is not connecting to the gimbal it prints message saying Connection Lost. I have tested the connection with Pymavlink it correct and I was able to receive the status message from gimbal but I am not able to do the mount controll from pymavlink or mavproxy it says Denied.
