TODO - Mention privacy as an important design goal, instead of just as an example.

I think this is related to another request to add a basic blockchain-backgrounder to the whitepaper. For less-technical users, that might lead to an explaination of how privacy could be enhanced with a more modular architecture. I get that.

I put this as needs discussion, because I would like to prioritize that backgrounder-type stuff below the design work we are doing now.
