By doing a simple search: "Algeria" in github we gonna have a lot of results, and if we add them all together in one list we gonna have a very long list (53 repository results).
Why we don't organize the repos by categories for exemple or any other kind of grouping, I think it will be easier to find any kind of repo someone can need.

This's a good idea, but just add good repos, not every repo! :)

maybe listing the rest repos in a new markdown file and add a link to it in the readme file will be good, (let's name it "other_repos.md" maybe)

I don't see the point of saving the results of a github search. Instead, the idea of this repo is to present projects with value not any repo that shows up in an "Algeria" search. If you see a repo that deserves to be noted just send a pull request. To me it can't get simpler. Now, if this list becomes too long after sometime we can still group them by interest, technology or any other criteria.

@ghousseyn The github search was only an example to say that there are a lot of repos out there, not to add all of them. And yeah maybe the idea of @elkebirmed is good too 👍 .
