Totally hangs while trying to loot mobs drops

The Reality

When I trying to somehow loot mobs drops, game completely hangs, it's not a crash, so I can't provide log.

It's reproducible with any drop from mobs either after killing, or after looting it from any inventory where it was sucked in, either like on screenshot from GregTech fisher. It affects friendly and hostile mobs.
If I force kill minecraft instance I have the following error.

Allocating more memory don't fix issue.

Probably it's some kind of hard reproducible issue, I remember that before it I had crash in "player tick" after what I started to have this hang, but after I take same items from ME it seems to fix, and now there is no hanging.
