Saving to G-drive not working for some accounts

I have 2 Google accounts. When attempting to save a drawn object using one of them, the operation fails. I get different error messages in different browsers (see screenshots below). Both accounts have plenty of free space on their g-drive. I do not see a problem when saving into "the other" account.

Steps leading to the problem

1. draw something into the map
2. choose to save the drawing and click "Save to Google Drive"
3. choose a google account you want to use
4. the problem occurs
