Shift the the unified REDCap project structure instead of separated ones.

cleanerParse

Cleaned up metadata parsing for cromwell, tested with tgr-dash app, added some new functions for s3 copy and tagging that need more work.

Cromwell improvements

Adds ability to abort jobs, request output locations, log locations and better handles when failed workflows appear in the shiny apps.

make-it-shiny

Doing a release to tie shiny apps to this install version.

post pixie

Post cronjob adjustment for generating metadata files, this version seems to be working for admin at least.
