[Future] Resize ingame Windows

Initial video does not stretch
Window with the video Wonders of the World - it would be possible to increase x2 x4 .. or stretch the window in the game (while maintaining the proportion and size). The videos are too small.
Window View (city) - the image is stretched to full screen.
Throne room stretch full screen
