Do everything Elastic, but also for Elastic Enterprise, which is slightly different

Elastic Enterprise is basically Elasticsearch.
But with a few routes to ensure people are paying enough to Elastic, or something like that.

With Elastic Enterprise, you can easily simply create an index, without the whole "AppSearch" etc., but it might be useful to add Elastic Enterprise as a separate method to search with as well.
