Quarry upgrade Is not working, mills and sifters and press are broken can't pick them up after placing, the press will work sometime but then gets stuck, can't use wrench on the sifter and other machines

Steps to reproduce

Place a machine down shift click and it does not go away break item it flashes the cannot be broken but can still be used. the press it just get stuck on an ignot after some use

There's a dupe glitch in the mill with stone and other millables
