Filter issue

Step to Reproduce:

Browser Version: Version 122.0.2365.52 (Official build) (64-bit)

1: Open undebate website at Microsoft Edge
2: click create New
3: Enter some information, example: Organization Name, URL, organization Logo, Logo accepting PDF format,
4: Upload any file
5: Now click back form create New page
6: form become Live without proper information
7: Now click Moderator Filter it show some filter option and first filter option is - hyphen, If there is text missing, kindly check and replace it.
8: Now click on the created Form and go to Moderator section, fill out the contact details, once you finished click done.
9: Now go to the script, don't change anything, click done.
10: Now check the Script section in the right size corner, Tick mark doesn't displaying.
