Create New Form issue

Step to Reproduce:

Browser Version: Version 122.0.2365.52 (Official build) (64-bit)

1: open undebate website at Microsoft Edge
2: click create New:
3: Under organization text filled
4: choose a file to upload
5: before uploading the image, type some text , it should accept the text and once you upload a file , it display broken image.

Suggestion:

If we restrict particular file mention it clear in the page, for example, Upload a file ( ex: PDF, PNG, etc) Like this.
Don't allow text, if you allow text give the text box with the message " Enter your file title or automatically display the PDF title into that box.
