Signup action happening without entering first name and last name

Step to Reproduce:

Browser Version: Version 122.0.2365.52 (Official build) (64-bit)

1: click signup and login in button
2: Dont enter your First name and last name
3: Enter your email
4: Enter your password and confirm your password
5: Click agree to the terms and condition
6: click sign up button
7: Here error message should throw " first and last name is missing" instead system allow me to signup.
