I guess it could be implemented with this:

But I'm not sure if this is really necessary. If you don't trust your keyboard/phone, then why input period data into the same phone, or use it for chatting?

It would be just a privacy enanchement. I have a foss keyboard, but many women still use Google keyboard or similar because they are unaware about privacy risks.

@serrq Totally get where you are coming from, but at the same time Im not sure if this is a big thing? If a user is using regular keyboard because they are unaware of the keyboard saving the term of their symptom, would they even care? And from my perspective (open for other users input here too), this isn't really a problem for me. Most words are already in the keyboard anyway and if I don't use them in my regular life it wouldn't show up 'highly' in the word suggestion?
If I create a symptom that is 'tender breasts', tender is already in the keyboard wordlist and breasts also. And if I got a suggestion for 'breasts' after typing 'tender' it wouldn't matter to me? I write a lot of other weird stuff that I would probably rather not have showing up, lol.

So I get where you are coming from but I don't think this is a big issue. Will not close this issue (hoping for more input to change my mind), but this won't be implemented in the near future.

If one writes "breast" followed by "cancer" suggestion, isn't this a privacy issue if her keyboard hold/own these two words together?

Is there any danger for privacy loss? I mean Google Keyboard may sell/send this informations to third party partners? Advertisment, etc.

I have no experience in this. Just I submit my concerns about this.

No problem?
