That I can see. But where is it, and more important, what's in it?

By looking at the features your program supports, namely Polaris/Vega/Navi PPT table modification, the only known projects that support PPT parsing for all three mentioned card families are Linux kernel and https://github.com/sibradzic/upp, both of which are GPL licensed.
If you are re-using any GPL source files in your project, you know the drill... Sharing sources, although very optional, is only just a "very nice" thing to do, but not if you are re-using some other project GPL-ed sources.
Can you please share what is in your source code that drives reading/modifying PPT tables for Polaris/Vega/Navi?

Hey Sibradzic,

By looking at your code, i see your tool is written in Python (great job btw), whereas the linux kernel is written in C.

This tool is written in C#, so no, i'm not reusing any GPL source files :)
