Refactor remove message PublishMQAspect code

The code variable names and comments refer to as if a full absolute path ("/tsd/pXXX/data/durable/apps/ega/pXXX-elixir-id/files/filename") should be included in the message, while only a "user specific relative path inside the inbox area" should be provided: "/pXXX-elixir-id/files/filename".

The code produce the correct result now with currently used config values for the service in TSD, but it may seem like the code is written to build a longer "full absolute path" based on variable names and comments.
