Make Ophyd devices for the Diagonstics for i10

List of devices needed are:

1. D2,D3, D4, D6 and D7:
2. S1,S2,S3,S4,S5,S6

Task:

• 1 Requires the controls of the diagnostics devices, some only have screens other with diodes and standard samples.
  Screen will require movement into the beam and camera stat. Diodes/standard samples will have translation and may have current amplifier and adc and/or counting card.
• 2 Requires current amplifier and adcs for drain current measurements.
