Describe the bug:
When posting a job and attaching a file, big files are having error attaching, we need to widen the pdf file size limit to 1Mb

Steps to Find the bug:

Go to http://devalopers.herokuapp.com/login
Log in as a company with the below credentials:
Email: [email protected]
Password: Company@123
Go to the green button "post a job"
Try posting a job with PDF attachment using (+add file) blue button
When attaching large file, an error occurs and post job won't proceed.

Expected behavior:
Job attached file has a limit, the file should be accepted as a bigger size
(>1Mb)
