Describe the bug
When logged in as a company and dev talent, the "about section" in the footer isn't being directed correctly, since they are directed to hyperlinks in the landing page as anonymous without signing in.

Suggestion
--> split the footer for each talent, company and anonymous:

1. Company footer: remove the "About" section with keeping the "Contact Us", terms and conditions, data protection, services (post job, hire talent), and social media links.
2. Talent footer: remove the "About" section with keeping the "Contact Us", terms and conditions, data protection, and social media links.
   for the talent footer, remove the Services(post job, hire talent) and replace them with Services (Apply for a job (directed to jobs page http://devalopers.herokuapp.com/jobs ) , Check the most active companies (hyper link to the same page to the most active companies) )
3. Anonymous footer: keep it as it is
