Anonymous>Disappearance of matched talents

Description: Refreshing a skill page or entering it directly from the URL is causing the disappearance of matched talents.
Matched talents are only appearing when entering the skill page from the skills list.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://devalopers.herokuapp.com/
2. in the landing page click "talent" tab
3. Search for specific talent match
4. See error when refreshing the skill page, the matched talents disappear

**Additional context
-Clear Skills-Talents will be available

• Refresh the page the pre-selected skills and filtered talents based on the pre-selected skills reappear (I realized that upon clearing skills -It is not cleared from the URL) i. e https://devalopers.com/talentdirectory?agile

Expected behavior

1. the matched talents should appear when refreshing the page
2. when clear a skill from the skill filtering should disappear from the URL as mentioned in the Additional context
