Right now the code to use a where statement, is at the bottom of the readme in the 'Tips' section subtitled 'Scale to Massive Collections'.
I feel this is quite an important piece for many, I missed it the first time I was reading this, maybe Im the only one, but a more descriptive title like 'Using where statements' or 'GeoQuery subsets of data' could be useful for some people who occasionally rush around when reading docs :P
