Document the environmental footprint of an organization in public

There are some organizations that have published the results of their own (or, occasionally third-party) assessments of their own environmental footprint, but the methodology is typically not shared in a way that would allow forking and adaptation.

So let's try to document the entire process in public for at least one organization.
