Revisit timestamp calibration to synchronize the various clocks we have in the various readout electronics hardware
LRO and each PACMAN controller have their own dedicated clocks that tick at slightly different frequencies
This was carefully calibrated in module0 data, but never revisited for the module1-3 data
In addition to extracting the calibration constraints from mod1-3 data, need to automate the way these are extracted and applied in the processing routines.

How exactly to extract these constants for other modules and other runs from the data stream needs to be re-established and included in an ndlar_flow module explicitly. (application already exists)
