Add limit order fills to transaction data

Limit order fills were removed from transaction data when the server when GCGO was launched, but it would be helpful to have them included again.

Ideally, there would also be some way to link these fills with the original mint transaction. Maybe by including the original mint tx hash in the data for fill transactions?
