Describe the Bug

Tools from Tinkers Construct that are meant to act as shears do not always function with deployers. The Kama, which always acts as shears, functions correctly, but Daggers, Swords, Cleavers, and anything else with the innate "Silky Shears" modifier, Which can act as shears when the "Silky" upgrade is applied, do not function as shears when used by a Deployer even if they have said upgrade.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Make a Deployer face a full Beehive or Bee nest in the correct position to interact.
  2. Give the Deployer a Tinkers Tool with the Silky Shears and Silky modifiers (but not a Kama, that one works as intended).
  3. Power the Deployer such that it should attempt to interact with the Beehive.

Expected Result

The Deployer should harvest the beehive as if it was holding Shears or a Kama or another shear equivalent.

More information found: deployers using vanilla shears will pick up the honeycomb from the harvesting, while deployers using working ahead equivalent items (like the kama) will drop the honeycombs. This seems to be a separate issue.
