Describe the bug

CommunityToolkit.Labs.WinUI.CanvasView higher than 0.1.231204-build.1603 produces Type universe cannot resolve assembly: Uno.UI, Version=255.255.255.255 in WinUI project

Steps to reproduce

1. Add CommunityToolkit.Labs.WinUI.CanvasView in version higher than 0.1.231204-build.1603 to solution
2. Add CanvasView in xaml
3. Try to build
4. Build error Type universe cannot resolve assembly: Uno.UI, Version=255.255.255.255

Expected behavior

Higher versions than 0.1.231204-build.1603 should work
