Content UI in article like apps normally use multiple or something. Stacking them together makes it look like a article page. In web, these text are selectable no matter how many "elements" the cursor drag through. In UWP, only one can be selected at a time.
Recently in Flutter 3.3 added a new widget called SelectionArea that enables all children to be selectable at the same time like the web. (or it's only for the web in Flutter's case)
I propose something similar on the UWP/WinUI side so that text/images can be selected like the web.
