When API get restarted, we lose all coins listeners

If for some reasons the API get restarted, we no longer have the listeners we created for spaces coins to sync with humhub. SO we should add a script to do that whenver the API get restarted.

I added the js script code.
@craxrev @gdalyy Can u guys test this ? add the script to run in the server service when it start (in dev or test), add a listener to a space a,d restart the listener, u should catch the transfer event after that also...
