Description

It seems like using Otter with the latest WP 6.5 version is throwing a fatal error when you restrict a specific block for logged-in conditions

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Use WP 6.5+
  2. Use latest Otter
  3. Add a block and mark it using block conditions to be visible only for logged-in users.
  4. check the page logged out, it should throw a fatal error.
