use mockups in docs/mockups.png as reference

Acceptance Criteria

When notifications are disabled NotificationDays should be set to null
When enabling notifications the user should be prompted to turn on notifications if they have not already
NotificationDays value can be between 0 to 31
If notification toggle is disabled the text below should be greyed out
A png of the page is attached to the Pull request (not the repository code)
Looks good on a ~1080x2400 (google pixel 5)
