VideoCodecKit 库后续不在维护，我会用Swift写一个新的跨Linux & Mac平台的新库

如果现在要用，可以考虑使用 https://github.com/shogo4405/HaishinKit.swift

我还没有机会尝试过混合开发，请问这两个 Swift 写的库，objective-c 的项目能使用吗？

可以用Swift包一层ObjC的接口层。
不过更推荐的做法是直接用Swift，因为ObjC确实已经有点更不上时代了
