Describe the bug

Item interactions that cause the game to lock bag items are not handled currently by BetterBags. Confirmed with AH, Catalyst, and mailbox. Bag items are still interact-able and don't appear disabled when locked.

Steps to reproduce

engage in an item interaction activity

these events are sent but items status isn't updated.

supplemental to #115 as the locked buttons are still draggable, not just missing the desaturate

locking removed. no long an issue
