Describe the feature

I would like to be able to turn on/off BetterBags on the fly without disabling the addon and reloading.

I want the sorting of BB sometimes but like the Blizzard bags most of the time.

Describe the implementation

A slash command or minimap button would be great.

/bb on | off
/bb bagson | bagsoff
/bb bankon | bankoff
