Bag bar disappearing when addon used in tandem with Bartender

Describe the bug

When betterbags is used in combination with bartender, the blizzard bag bar is hidden by default, despite its visibility being enabled in both betterbags and bartender.

Steps to reproduce

Presents itself by default.
To temporarily resolve, one must toggle the bag bar visibility off and on again in bartender to resolve the issue. Toggling off and on in betterbags has no effect. This fix is not persistent needs to be re-done any time the UI reloads itself.

Better bags also doesn't follow Bartenders anchors currently - would be a nice to follow that as it currently can shift the bag position.
