Wrong codepage for content of custom categories

Describe the bug

Characters of another language are displayed incorrectly when setting the contents of sections.
Seems uses font with support for only english language.
And users cant change font settings.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any Custom Category settings while using non english client.

just use SetTextScale(0.95) instead of SetFont("Fonts\FRIZQT__.TTF", 14, "THICK") for example and we're all gucci
