I'm a bit confused about the coloring of item levels on gear. It seems like any gear from this patch has its ilvl colored orange, then past patches are a mix of white and shades of blue. Is there any documentation that explains the colors? It'd be nice if there were options for one or more of the following:
coloring based on item rarity (e.g. purple for epic)
configurable colors based on distance from your ilvl (e.g. at ilvl 470, you could have ilvl range 470-480 as orange, 460-470 as purple, etc.)
At a minimum, it'd be helpful to have some explanation in the UI that explains why items are colored as they are.
Describe the implementation
At a minimum, add in options a window that describes how item level coloring works currently.
Preferably, add alternatives to the current option for coloring items differently depending on how far they are from your average item level and/or coloring based on item rarity (e.g purple for epic, blue for rare, etc.).
