Expand "extras" column

The extras column should list other open data apis that the school has somehow

Quickfix: clicking the check to open a modal, or redirect to a separate page with the list. I would avoid the "menu that triggers on hover option" for accessibility reasons.

Related: Potential campusdata summit topic: what API's are "essential" enough to include in the general rankings column? For example, a case could be made for weather being an extra given the range of non-campus sources for weather data.

Parallel: Column or place to put link for pages of non-API data sources (open or otherwise). Optional, establish criteria for what constitutes an API (ex do we regard a monthly report published as PDF as equally inaccessible as a well organized HTML table?)
