Release date for Bootstrap 4 support ?

Do you have an idea of the release date to support Bootstrap 4?
Bootstrap 4 is now in beta version (August 10, 2017).

Hello,

I don't have a release date yet, I first have to check the differences between the v3 and the v4 for most of the helpers, but the modification could be smalls depending on these.

What I can tell you right now:

• the Html and Flash helper were almost compatible, so these are already updated;
• my priority for the remaining helpers will probably as follow: Form > Paginator > Navbar > Modal (> Panel);
• I am not sure I'll be able to maintain backward-compatibility for all helpers, in particular for the Panel helper (due to drastic changes in Bootstrap);
• I will first focus on porting the helpers before trying to add new bootstrap features (e.g. custom form controls).

Unfortunately, I don't know how much time I will be able to dedicate to the helpers in the next weeks. If you'd like to see some helpers release sooner than other, feel free to tell me.

Also, if you are interested in contributing, let me know, I'll be happy to have some help on these.

I say draw a line in the sand and branch out here and move to a new branch with no more backward compatibility (or point in time where it worked) and move forward would be better and less bloated within the code base.

@rifton007 Just letting you know in case you want to tests them:

• the PaginatorHelper is in alpha, thanks to @JD-Robbs (PR Add v4 support for Paginator #139);
• the FormHelper has been updated, and is also in alpha, the basic features have been tested but I cannot guarantee that everything will work as expected.

There are already some breaking changes in the FormHelper due to new Bootstrap restrictions, in particular it is not possible to have a dedicated column for error messages in horizontal form, the error message is now always below the input.

Not all generate HTML will be bootstrap compliant right now, there are some unclear part in bootstrap right now, so I had to come up with some tricks to make everything work.
