Sorry, we don’t have any docs written for it. Note that it was written for
a kubernetes cluster, so that might help you navigate how it would be set
up.

I will write a simple README. I understand the lack of README could be challenging for whoever wants to adapt this in their own work. You should be able to start a docker service by setting the right environment vars in https://github.com/COVID-19-Text-Mining/prodigy-multitask/blob/master/settings.py. Once started, you can upload files and set the prodigy command lines, just as what you would do when running prodigy in a terminal. Do you have a prodigy licence? @skoetje |
