10/31/2024 - Escalated to the Field Team (10/30). Waiting for them to contact me. |
11/13/2024 - Able to schedule service via App - Something Changed. Scheduled service for the 27th. |
12/02/2024 - Came to the house on 11/27/2024 - Diagnosed the issue to the Gateway and needs to be replaced. As an early adopter, I have a gateway1 so Tesla is trying to source that part and if not, will upgrade to Gateway 2. |
12/06/2024 - Spoke with Tesla Support and the part has been ordered from Kona. (Most likely a GW2). |
12/12/2024 - Part received and first available service appointment is 2/28/2025. Scheduled. 78 Days away. |

08/12/2024 - Powerwall stopped Charging/Discharging
10/08/2024 - First Noticed the issue since the Hurricane was coming.
10/10/2024 - Preformed Cycle Resets and open Breaker tests - Upgraded Firmware to the latest
10/14/2024 - Storm Watch event over - System still in Standby (Seems normal)
Solar Installed noted as SolarCity - Request to change to Tesla so case can be tracked in Tesla App - CSR put in request.
CSR says someone is assigned to the case and to check back in a week or so.
10/22/2024 - Called for a follow up - No Update - Asked to follow up in a week. Apparent backlog from Hurricane events. 15 to 20 business day backlog.
