[SUGGESTION] Implement & add a config toggle for the "Recipe Book" in the "Engineer's Crafting Table"

Feature Request:

Please consider adding a configuration option to enable the "Recipe Book" in the Engineer's Crafting Table GUI. I know that JEI is widely used, but the vanilla-style Recipe Book is more convenient as well as more accessible.

Rationale:

• It would improve user experience by offering quick access to recipes directly in the Engineer's Crafting Table without having to rely on JEI or search for recipes.
• A config toggle would allow players to decide whether they want it. A default could be false to keep things as they already are.
• It still fits the mod's theme and doesn't interfere with anything besides offering a quick, simple, and easy-to-use recipe book for those who prefer that.
• The recipe book is already part of MC, so no extra work regarding its functionality should be required.
