Expand chat task

Expand the chat task to allow for better handling of numbers, or blocks etc.

For example a creator could specify which type of chat the chat task is.

If number: Creator would specify the answer as a mean and then the range of acceptable numbers. (Perhaps if a student needs to enter the height of a 58m tall building, it would accept 57m, if the creator so allows).

If block choice: Creator could specify several different blocks as the mean and then rate each one in terms of closeness/suitability.

Alternatively, we could change the answers to be of regex form. We could assist the creator with a gui so that the creator doesn't have to actually type the regex.
